John Connors is a crooked police captain in Paddy Doyle's pocket investigating possible corruption in the Boston Homicide Unit. In truth he's looking for the record book that Paddy kept to eliminate evidence of his corruption also killing his fellow corrupt officers Wally and Cliff to prevent them from talking.
