Thomas Sparks Rizzoli Jr. is the son of Lydia Sparks and Tommy Rizzoli.
History[]
Season 3[]
Tommy Jr. was left on Maura's doorstep by his mother, Lydia. He was later found by his aunt, Jane Rizzoli, in Melt My Heart to Stone.
In No More Drama in My Life, he was trapped with Frost, his father, and some suspects as a result of falling concrete. It is revealed at the end of the episode that he survived.
Season 4[]
TJ appeared in We Are Family at a Boston parade with his aunt, uncle, grandmother, and Maura.

- During the days of uncertainty regarding the child's father, other names have been considered for the baby, including Mario (suggested by Tommy), and Tank (Tommy + Frank, suggested by Maura Isles).
